Everything you need to know about becoming and succeeding as an ApplyWorld partner.

Getting Started

What is ApplyWorld and who is it for?
ApplyWorld is a B2B platform built specifically for international student recruitment agencies. It gives agencies a single dashboard to submit applications to 500+ institutions, track real-time status updates, manage commissions automatically, and verify documents with AI — all without email chains or spreadsheets. It is not designed for students directly; it is a professional tool for the agencies that serve them.
How do I become an ApplyWorld partner?
Click "Become a Partner" on any page and complete the registration form. Our team reviews every application and verifies your agency's credentials — this typically takes less than 24 hours. Once approved, you'll receive instant access to the full partner dashboard, all 500+ institutions, and your dedicated account manager.
Is there a cost to join?
No. ApplyWorld is free to join for all qualified recruitment agencies. There are no setup fees, no subscription fees, and no minimum volume requirements. We earn a portion of the commission paid by institutions when a student enrols — you only make money when your students succeed, and so do we.
What countries and institutions are available?
We currently support 500+ institutions across 40+ countries, with strongest coverage in the United States (120+), United Kingdom (95+), Australia (80+), Canada (75+), Ireland (40+), and Germany (35+). New institutions are added every month.

Applications

How does application tracking work?
Every application you submit through ApplyWorld gets a live status indicator — from "Submitted" through "Under Review," "Conditional Offer," "Unconditional Offer," and "Enrolled." Status changes are pushed as notifications to your dashboard so nothing slips through.
Can I submit to multiple institutions at once?
Yes. You can submit a student's profile to multiple institutions from a single intake form. Each application is adapted to meet that institution's specific requirements automatically. You track all parallel applications from one dashboard view.
How long does it take for institutions to respond?
Most partner institutions acknowledge applications within 3–7 business days and issue a decision within 2–6 weeks. You can see each institution's average processing time in the program browser before submitting.

Commissions

How do commissions work on ApplyWorld?
Commissions are paid by the institution when a student enrols. As soon as enrolment is confirmed, the commission is logged in your dashboard ledger with the exact amount, triggering event, and expected payment date. Payments are issued monthly via bank transfer.
What are the commission rates?
Commission rates are set by each institution and vary by program type and level. Typical rates range from 10% to 20% of the first year's tuition. The exact rate for every program is shown in the program browser before you submit — no hidden deductions from ApplyWorld.
What if there's a dispute about a commission payment?
Your dedicated account manager handles all commission disputes on your behalf. Because every application, offer, and enrolment event is timestamped and logged in our system, disputes are typically resolved within 5 business days.
Can I see my commission history and forecasts?
Yes. The Commission Dashboard shows your full payment history, pending amounts, and projections based on current conditional offers. You can export the full ledger at any time for your accounting team.

Support & Account

Does every partner get a dedicated account manager?
Yes. Every registered partner is assigned a named account manager from day one — not a rotating support queue. Your account manager handles onboarding, commission disputes, institution escalations, and is available via direct message during business hours.

Still have questions?

Our partner support team responds within one business day. You can also reach your account manager directly once approved.
